How long does delivery take?
We print and mail within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Canada Post typically delivers within 2-5 business days for domestic mail, depending on origin and destination. Total time from order to delivery is usually 3-6 business days.

Yes. We deliver to any valid Canadian address via Canada Post, including all provinces and territories from British Columbia to Newfoundland and Labrador, plus the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon.

Absolutely. Your letter content is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption and only accessed by our automated printing system during production. Content is permanently deleted 30 days after confirmed delivery. We never share, read, or analyze your letters.
