Welcome to Direct Mail Solutions

Getting started is easy. Whether you are a small business owner sending your first postcard campaign or an agency managing multiple client accounts, our platform guides you every step of the way. This article walks you through the entire process from account creation to campaign delivery.

Step 1: Create Your Account

Sign up at our login page with your name, email, company name, and a secure password. You will receive a verification email within minutes. Click the link to confirm your address and unlock full dashboard access.

Once verified, you can access all campaign tools, audience managers, and billing features from your personal dashboard.

Step 2: Build Your First Campaign

Navigate to the Campaign Builder tool from your dashboard or the Tools menu. Here you will:

  1. Choose your mail type - Postcards, flyers, brochures, or personalized letters
  2. Select a size - Standard, large, or oversized formats
  3. Upload or create your design - Upload a print-ready PDF or use one of our templates. Our design team can also create custom artwork for you.
  4. Define your audience - Upload your own mailing list, use our Neighbourhood Mail for route-based delivery, or build a targeted audience using demographic filters
  5. Set your quantity - See per-piece pricing update in real time as you adjust volume

Step 3: Review and Pay

Before checkout, review your complete campaign summary including mail type, design preview, audience details, quantity, and total pricing. Our pricing is all-inclusive, covering design (if selected), printing, and Canada Post delivery.

Complete payment through our secure Stripe-powered checkout. You will receive an instant email confirmation with your order details.

Step 4: We Handle the Rest

Once paid, our production team takes over. Here is what happens behind the scenes:

  • Design Review - Our prepress team checks your files for print readiness
  • Printing - Materials are printed in-house on commercial-grade equipment
  • Processing - Pieces are sorted, bundled, and prepared for Canada Post
  • Delivery - Your campaign enters the Canada Post network for delivery

Track every stage of this process from your dashboard in real time. You will also receive email notifications when your campaign status changes.
